Refund policy

At COHN Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of delivery, subject to the policy below.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Both unopened and opened products may be returned (only one opened item per SKU is eligible). Only first-time purchases of a product are eligible for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

To return a product, contact us at support@cohnhealth.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, package your item(s) securely and mail the return to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and you will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
